Earlier this week, Long Beach resident, Seamus Kirby, was sworn in as our Department’s newest Police Officer. Officer Kirby is Narcan, Patrol Rifle, and Police Bicycle trained. We are pleased to welcome Officer Kirby to the Long Beach Police Department.
